As reported in Slovakian Spectator, the 2.000.000 EUR Arts Support Fund has been abruptly cut in Slovakia.

"Dozens of cultural projects across Slovakia have been thrown into uncertainty after the Arts Support Fund (FPU) abruptly canceled all active multi-year grants – including those already under way.
The decision, taken unanimously and without discussion by the fund's council on 18 March, affects around 40 projects worth nearly €2 million. Festivals, cultural centers and literary initiatives that had already begun delivering programs this year have now lost any remaining entitlement to state support, according to reports."
